The house is located 12 km from the city of Volos. The property is located on a slope and at a distance of about 100m from the sea.
It was designed by DELTA DESIGN and the basic philosophy of the property was that all areas of the house overlook the Pagasiticos Gulf and the peaks of Orthry Mountains, while also serving the functional needs of the owners.
The house is located on a plot of 8 acres and has an area of 320 sqm on two levels.
* Surrounding environment area of 4 acres with olive trees and landscaped green that is consistent with the wider area of the plot
* The entrance to the house and the courtyard, harmonize with the environment, using stone and marble aprons on the walls.
* A + ENERGY CLASS of the property is covered by a complete thermal insulation system and on it are solar panels of flat form, with a total power of 10kwh.
* Rainwater tank for watering the surrounding area.
* The shell of the house was made with (BAUMIT external thermal facade system) and then painted with acrylic silicone paint for greater protection.
* For the exterior of the house as well as the pool, the (2-component BAUMIT insulation materials were selected) and then tiles were coated with BAUMIT glue.
