Designed and implemented under the guidance of DELTA DESIGN, transforming it into a modern performance maisonette (energy class A), preserving all the elements of the history of the building.
Reinforcement of foundations, reinforcement of columns, reinforcement of slabs, insulation, new metal roof frame, roof tiles are some of the works that had to be done.
